After they give birth, they return to their gynecologist. Others, prefer to have an OBGYN provide all their care and only work with one doctor. The choice is really up to you and your preference.
Q. How often do I need to see an Atlanta women’s OBGYN?
A. This depends on your health and history. Though all women should see an OBGYN at least once a year for a wellness exam, you may need to schedule an appointment for other reasons too, such as:
- Experiencing a change in your menstrual cycle or period.

Q. What can I expect at my wellness visit?
